Yes, anyone is eligible to play in these qualifiers, even players in other APA regions. You must have at least 10 9-ball APA matches played in the last 2 years (beginning with the Spring '06 season) to be eligible. For an 8-person board, the cost will be $15 plus table time.

I also have a couple of 9-ball boards that I could run on Saturday or Sunday if there's interest -- let me know.
